From January 2022 to June 2024 I was employed by the Early Life Nutrition Alliance. During my time there I worked as the Events and Membership Manager, and later the Marketing Manager. My tasks and responsibilities included:

• Organised events and engaged members of the Early Life Nutrition Alliance.

• Focused on membership engagement and building relationships with dietitians worldwide, leveraging digital platforms and networking opportunities to facilitate knowledge exchange and professional growth in the field of early life nutrition.

• Supported dietitians in developing their private practice businesses in early life nutrition, providing guidance, resources, and mentoring to empower them to deliver evidence-based nutrition interventions and programs in their respective practices.

• Developed and managed professional development events and courses focused on early life nutrition topics, enhancing healthcare professionals' ability to promote optimal nutrition during early life stages.

• Led strategic marketing initiatives to expand into the U.S. market and establish leadership within the Australian market.

• Created accessible and engaging educational resources, including factsheets and materials for healthcare professionals and clients, effectively translating complex nutritional concepts to support behaviour change and improve health literacy.

• Led advocacy campaigns to raise awareness about the importance of nutrition preconception, collaborating with key stakeholders to influence policies and practices that support healthy nutrition choices before pregnancy.

• Collaborated with the CEO and the broader team on strategic planning, ensuring activities are aligned with organisational goals.

• Led and managed a small team including a marketing assistant and interns.
